We feel that this is very authentic. We love the dim sum menu. The mini juicy pork buns are the best. However, better to have does quick so as to no loose any juice.

The best Asian restaurant in the area. I ordered the same dish from multiple places and Formosa did the best job with texture and flavor. They also have some authentic taiwanese and Chinese dishes and lunch deals at a good price.
